When I started this blog a couple of years ago I was exploring a confluence of things that are important to me. Since then I’ve spent time working a piece of land that didn’t want to grow anything other than azaleas and chickweed. I’ve helped organize regional Heathen gatherings. And I’ve moved to a new region entirely. We have been looking for a new piece of property here in the Appalachians where we can start a sustainable farm. I look forward to the day that I can dance in my fields to honor the vaettir and the god/desses who bring fertility to the land. I love, love, love this gentleman’s harvest dancing!
